2. Plugin Licensing
All plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. Sales and license management are handled via Freemius.

3. Updates & Support
An active license grants you access to updates and support for the term of your subscription. Support and updates are provided through Freemius and are limited to the Product you bought.

4. Product Delivery
After payment, you’ll receive an email with your license key, download link, and setup instructions. Didn’t get it within an hour? Reach out to support via our website or Freemius.

5. Ownership
All Products and related content are owned by PlugPress. You may not claim ownership or redistribute them. Plugins are provided “as is”, with no implied warranties.

6. Website Content
All content on DiviExtensions.com—docs, visuals, media—is ours. Don’t copy or reuse it without permission.

7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on plugin purchases. Refunds are processed via Freemius. No refunds after 14 days unless stated otherwise.

8. Support Scope
Support is only available to customers with an active license and covers our plugins only. We don’t offer help with third-party plugins or general WordPress issues.

9. License Use
Licenses are tied to the original buyer and must not be resold or redistributed. Using a license on more sites than allowed is a breach of these Terms.

10. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell or share your personal info, except where necessary to process payments or deliver Products.

11. Billing & Renewals
Prices may change. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Freemius. You’re responsible for keeping your billing info current.

12. Termination
We can suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Terminated licenses lose access to updates and support.

13. Third-Party Dependencies
Our plugins might integrate with third-party services. We’re not liable for their content, reliability, or performance.

14. No Guarantees
All Products are provided “as is.” We don’t promise compatibility with all themes or third-party plugins.

15. Limited Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using (or being unable to use) our Products.

16. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

17. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. It’s your job to stay up to date. Continued use means you accept any changes.
